Welcome to the Power On board where you can discuss about anything appropriate (preferably Nintendo-related discussions)! It's basically a General Discussion board.
General Guidelines Please do NOT do the following:- Spam - Anything that is obviously spam should not be posted. Try to relate somehow to Nintendo.
- Post Inappropriate Images - Any image that you wouldn't show to your grandparents or a 5 year old shouldn't be posted here.
- Flood - Try not to get too engrossed in gaining post counts. Often flooding leads to spamming. Of course, we're encouraging you to post, so please don't be passive either.
- Advertise/ External Links - Please avoid from advertising other websites. It's okay if you link to another website if it contributes to the discussion. Also, make sure that the link is appropriate.
- Flame - If you're trying to hurt someone's feelings bluntly and intentionally, then you're flaming them. Please respect other people on the forums and do not make fun of them.
- Troll - Trolling is basically a form of flaming where you would follow a specific user and flame them to death; please don't do that either.
- Post Profanity - Basically, respect others and avoid using racist terms and stuff like that. Also, please keep your language clean.
- Persistently Bump Threads - Please don't bump threads over and over again; it actually falls under the category of spam.
If you violate these rules, you may be banned depending on the severity of the offense.
Thank you for reading this and have fun and happy posting!

Welcome to the Fan Art board!
Plagiarism Please do not plagiarize other people. In fact, all art in this board should be made 100% by you unless you post it in the Creation Gallery.
Criticism When you comment and critique, please try to be positive and keep all criticism constructive. If you can, give tips using your own aesthetic judgement. - Malicious Criticism example:
"That image sucks. phail. " Please avoid those terse flamey responses. We don't want to start flame wars, now.
- Constructive Criticism example:
"That image is okay, but I think that it needs a little improvement. The lighting needs to have a little more contrast..." Now, we're not expecting you to be an art critic or expert; you don't even have to critique if you don't want to, but at least be constructive and try to give tips. Clans Please do not create clans. They tend to leave people out which is not really fair; this is a shared community, so we want everyone to have fun!
